Ivory Isle Designs recently had the pleasure of creating wedding stationery for a photoshoot at the newly restored Broz Hotel with Sixpence Events. The Hotel was built in the late 1800’s and has reopened as a wedding venue which can seat up to 300 guests.
The photoshoot was a collaboration between a dozen incredibly talented vendors (full list below). The theme of the shoot was Autumn harvest, featuring fall color favorites like navy and orange, with pops of red velvet worn by the grooms.
Ivory Isle Designs Creative Director, Josie, worked with an independent artist to create a custom sketch of the historic hotel which featured on the invitation. The strong lines of the pillars in the sketch gave a masculine feel to the invitation, which was then balanced using bold and lively florals in the envelope liner to bring in color, life and depth to the suite.
The bold and lively floral print from the invitation envelope was carried on into the reception decor, with vibrant pops of Autumnal floral borders around the menu elements. The table decor featured geometric lines, which inspired us to create very unique triangular menus, one of our favorite elements of stationery that we created for this!
