JPEGs should be at least 300 dpi, though feel free to send us the highest resolution you have.
Will my invitation have Ivory Isle’s logo on it?
This is your wedding, and your stationery, and for the most part your items will be unbranded. The one exception is that our logo will be stamped discreetly on the back of your folded Thank You cards.
Can I include menu options and song requests on my RSVP?
You certainly can.
How do I find items matching my choice of wedding invitation?
Complementary products to your invitation will appear at the bottom of the product page, easily linking you to other items in your chosen suite, such as Save the Date Cards, Menus, Programs and Place Cards.
Can you print on my envelopes?
Yes! We’re happy to remove the time-consuming, tedious work of envelope addressing by custom printing your guests’ names and addresses on the front of your main envelopes. We also can print your return address on the back flap of the main envelope, and your name and address on the front of the response envelope. See pricing on the product page.
Can I purchase belly bands for my invitations?
Yes! We love a good belly band to neatly hold an invitation suite together. If you don’t see one offered in your design suite, please contact us and we’ll be happy to create a custom option for you.

Where are your stationery products produced?
We are proud to say that all of our stationery products are printed in and shipped from here in the USA, from my sweet home state of Minnesota.
When should I send out my stationery?
If you choose to mail out Save the Date cards, they will be the first thing you post, and can be sent out about six months ahead of your special day. These are especially useful if you’re planning a destination wedding that will require most guests to travel, if you’re planning a summer wedding or getting married on, or near, a holiday that your guests might be inclined to make early plans for. Make sure everyone knows not to make alternative arrangements!
Wedding invitations are best mailed eight weeks before your wedding. It is OK to send them only six weeks in advance if you’ve previously sent Save the Date cards, because your guests will already be holding that day open on their calendars. If you choose not to send Save the Date cards and your wedding falls on a holiday, on a special day like New Year’s Eve, or you’re marrying abroad, your invitations can be sent as early as twelve weeks in advance.
When ordering wedding stationery, be advised that the production process can take up to four weeks, with an additional week for shipping, so order early to avoid finding yourself in a time crunch.
How much postage will I require for my cards and invitations?
Excluding certain optional extras, most of Ivory Isle’s wedding invitations weigh less than one ounce.
Domestic mail within the United States costs as follows:
Postcard stamp: 34¢
One ounce and below: 49¢
One to two ounces: 70¢
Two to three ounces: 91¢
The safest way to be certain you’re paying the correct postage is to take a sample invitation – complete with all inserts – to the post office, get it weighed and request the exact cost.
